A feel unlike no other. A powerful picture, at least, to me anyway.

Not much that needs to be corrected here, you already mentioned a horn and someone said something about Dinky's front hoof being a little too square so not gonna bust your chops on that.

It's the impact of the facial expressions that really drive this home. Derpy obviously has gone through something serious, not a misdelivered letter or dropped a muffin. She's in real pain, whatever she went through has questioned her very existence as a pony. Yet as she cries, Dinky is full of overwhelming joy, turning those tears of sadness into tears of happiness. The little one's unconditional love and adoration for her (mother?) giving strength to the gray pegasus.

The young filly's innocent beaming smile reconfirms Equestria's purity, and that if Derpy isn't here for anything else in this world, it's to be there for Dinky.
